Optomechanical circulator with a polaritonic microcavity

We study theoretically optomechanical interactions in a semiconductor microcavity with embedded quantum well under the optical pumping by Bessel beam, carrying non-zero orbital momentum. Due to transfer of momentum from light phonons, can act as an acoustic circulator: it rotates propagation direction incident phonon certain angle clockwise or anticlockwise. heating and cooling effects, circulator also function laser emitting sound nonzero angular Our calculations demonstrate potential microcavities for compact integrable devices.
